The Board meets an average of 2x per month (Wednesdays 6:30-8pm) with significant communication and work in between meetings in between meetings.
Committee members take on additional tasks as they are able - for example making fundraising asks, research, data entry, managing social media, working with the bank and lawyers, etc.
We intend for the board to become a member-elected body, once we have designed and launched our membership program. After that, we will hold annual elections for new board members. VOLUNTEER
THANK YOU to everyone who helped with our spring clean up!
We currently need help with baking, set up (6:30 - 8:00am) and clean up (11am-12pm) for Friday cafes through September 29th.
We are also looking for fall festival volunteers to help run our beer garden and food sales.
